Version 1.1 has been updated and is now in release v1.1.1. All the old links pointing to ver1.1 have been updated to link to the new release. The updates are:
· A bug has been fixed that occurred when downloading new stock data.
· UK stock data can now be charted by appending ‘.L’ to the stock code. E.g. ‘BARC.L’.
Versions
· Version 1.0 was written specifically for the Pocket PC. It should still run on other operating systems and has been tested to run on Windows 9x. However, the screen dimensions of the application have been set to those of a Pocket PC. Find out more about Ver 1.0.
· Version 1.1 was written to be more platform independent. The size of the application can be adjusted so that it works equally well on a desktop machine as it does on a handheld device. Most tests have been done on Windows 9x but early test versions have worked on Linux. Find out more about Ver 1.1.

Features
· JStock Tracker charts the performance of US stocks and also UK stocks in Version 1.1. The user must enter the symbol of the required stock and the application will then attempt to download the historical data from the Internet.
· The options menu can be accessed to change the date range and the graph type. The date ranges available are 1, 2 and 5 years. Percentage and actual change are displayed.
· Once the data has been downloaded it is stored locally so JStock Tracker can be used offline. The choice box contains all the stocks that have previously been selected and for which data has been downloaded.

· JStock Tracker (Versions 1.0 and 1.1) is available as freeware for personal use. All rights are reserved.
