| Explore the beauty of pagan, goddess-, and earth-centered spiritualities woven together with Unitarian Universalism. The Gaia's Rising Chapter of the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPS) has been associated with the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Columbia (UUFC), South Carolina, for nearly two decades. Visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/COLA-CUUPS for current schedule and more information. Weekly meetings are on Thursdays at 7:00pm, in the UUFC Library (small separate building). Rituals are held in the Fellowship Hall. Both meetings and rituals normally begin at 7:00 pm. Child care is available, but it's best to call ahead to ensure adequate nursery staffing (803-799-0845). All are welcome to attend our meetings and rituals. We are not a coven, but rather a covenant group of likeminded individuals from many paths and traditions who come together for study, rituals, fellowship and fun. Families are very welcome; most meetings we provide free childcare, but it's good to let us know you will be attending with children so we can be sure we are prepared. Columbia CUUPS is a chapter of the Covenant of UU Pagans Continental, a national organization formed in 1987. Membership in and attendance at Columbia CUUPS events is free. Membership in CUUPS Continental is $35 annually, or at a sliding rate if needed. |
