About a year ago, My dad purchased a Yamaha G2 with a lift kit installed and ATV tires. (see Readers Carts) I was very impressed with the places this cart would go. It seemed to go anywhere. So I started to do research on "Lifted Carts" I learned a lot of people are doing it, and it is a very inexpensive alternative for an ATV. The picture on the right is a cart built by Desert Sports Center in Pheonix AZ. They are an EZ Go dealer, and build great looking custom carts.
I purchased my cart from a small dealer here in Western PA. It was a fleet cart used at a country club in western NY.
I plan to install a Lift Kit, 24 in. ATV Tires. and many other accessories. I thought it would be cool to document the process. Also if other cart owners would like to see what is involved with the Lift Kit installation and other modifications. I have a place where other cart owners can post pictures of their carts. |
