Free download  For visitors interested in my work on Critical Systems Heuristics (CSH) or my research program "Critical systems thinking (CST) for professionals & citizens," this page offers some of my papers as PDF files for free download.

For obvious reasons, I can only offer papers for which I hold the copyright. These are articles either not (or not exclusively) copyrighted elsewhere, such as papers published in university working paper series or open-access online journals, or else prepublication versions or revised postpublication versions of copyrighted papers.

Increasingly, I hope to be able to offer original PDF files of articles for which I have granted the publishers a non-exclusive copyright only, along the lines of the SPARC Author's Addendum. Where this is not possible, I will increasingly indicate in the available pre- or postpublication files  (including older ones) the original page breaks, so that these files, too, can be used as sources for accurate page references.
