WELCOME TO CROSSLYNX

Glasgow and West of Scotlands TV/TS/TG Support Group.

Hi there,

Welcome to Crosslynx!

Just to let you know that we have managed to secure accommodation for future meetings. I am uncertain how long the LGBT centre will be closed for.

Our next meeting will be as planned on Wednesday 13th May, and thereafter on the usual second Wednesday of every month.

The new location is in the Trophy Room, which is downstairs from Bar Moda/The Polo Lounge. Please enter via Moda as the Polo does not open until after 9pm.

You are welcome to arrive from 7pm onwards, and there will be changing facilities in the Trophy Room (not in the Ladies loo's though!)

This will allow people the chance to meet in a more social atmosphere, and stay a little later to join the regular and growing band of girls who use the Polo every week, without having to leave the building!

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

Best wishes,

Rose

Thanks for checking out our webpage. We are currently working on redeveloping and updating it so please bear with us in the meantime.

The group has been running for about 20 years now and meets once a month in Glasgow’s LGBT centre on the SECOND Wednesday of each month. Members are around from 7pm, though we try to start any formal business/talks etc, for 8pm.

Changing facilities are available or you can come dressed.

The group is open to trans people in the broadest sense, including CD’s/TV’s and TS’s, though for Trans guys you might find it all a bit too girlie!

For many people it is their first public step dressed en femme and you are sure to find a warm welcome when you come along – even if you wish to come in “male mode.”

Our meetings take the form of a mixture of informal social nights, talks, or demonstrations.

For those of you who wish to continue your evening a few of the girls usually go along to the “Polo Lounge” after the meetings finish.

Check out our programme for the year ahead to find out more

Look forward to seeing you soon!

Warmest wishes,

Rose Marshall
