| Crew News Fall Crew begins August 31st! Anyone interested in rowing in the fall must have their physical and Parent Consent form turned into the CRLS Athletic Department by August 17 You can hand deliver, or mail them, to Maryann Cappello CRLS Athletics 459 Broadway Cambridge, MA 02138 You can download the forms from the CRLS athletics website: Medical Screening Parent Consent Practice begins Monday, August 31 for everyone. Returning rowers should plan to meet at the boathouse at 9am. New rowers should plan to meet at the boathouse at 3pm. You'll mee the coaches and varsity rowers. We'll go over paperwork, expectations and the equipment you'll be using. We'll watch a safety video and begin working out on the rowing machines. Dress like you would for gym. Students must take a swim test. We'll hold it at the CRLS Pool. Time TBA. Those who miss the team test will have to take it at the Cambridge YMCA in Central Square at their personal expense of $5. First Week of Practice Monday, August 31 We'll work on equipment, meet the coaches and watch the safety video. Tuesday, September 1 Wednesday, September 2 Thursday, September 3 Friday, September 4 Saturday, September 5 |
