Ahhh, Transformers. Unforgettable part of my childhood. I just love the show, from the second it got aired over here. I remember watching the first episode very clearly. I was at my nanny's (always went there after kindergarden, during vacation and on Fridays) then, and crazy about cartoons in general. I was hooked from the very first episode. I immediatly traded in my Legos in for TF toys. The problem was that my parents never ever wanted to spend as much as cent on me, so I had to settle pretty much with just the Microtransfomers.
Next to the Crimson Guard, Optimus Prime is one of my undeniable heroes. You just have to hand it to him, he kicks major ass. He's someone you can depend on, someone that steps in the line of fire just for you. He wouldn't ever turn his back on you. In kindergarden, I always imagined he was there with me, lending me hand with everyhting. I often imagined myself sitting on his iron shoulder while he was running through the streets. Then when we were playing Transfomers, I just had to be Prime.

When I got at my nanny's, I'd run to the TV and switch it on. I was too short then to turn it on, but with my handy little plastic chair and some help of my toes, I could just make it =) Then all my cartoons were aired, and I felt the happiest little dude on earth. I always carried some Microtransformers with me in my pocket, so I played with them on the couch and watched cartoons meanwhile. I ever EVER wanted to go home when my mother came to pick me up.
As great as my three Kindergarden (capital K more then on it's place here) years were, they came to an end. Then came the horror that was elementary school, and I totally forgot about Transformers, GI Joe and Seabert. My micomachines got lost over time, and I have idea where my larger TF toys got. I know one of them, he transformed into a yellow sportscar, wandered around in my room for a while but I can't find him anymore =( I started buying back TF's from over the net, but I can't keep up with those prices, they're just too high.
