1. Parts are sold "AS IS" with no warranties stated or implied. These parts are at least 17 years old. I describe them to the best of my ability. Mechanical and electrical parts have been tested unless stated otherwise. They worked at the time they were pulled from the car and are stored inside upon removal from car.
2. No Refunds except in cases where parts are not as advertised. Please ask any questions prior to purchase.
3. Claims for damaged parts must be taken up with the shipping company. Once they leave my possession, they are no longer my responsibility.
4. Shipping Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
5. I will use the least expensive (which usually means slowest) shipping methods unless purchasor specifies otherwise.
6. Payments accepted: Non-credit card Paypal, USPS (only) Money Orders, Personal Checks.
Items paid for with Paypal will ship within 2 business days.
Items paid for with money orders ship within 5 business days of receipt.
Items paid for with personal checks ship after 10 business days. |
