The table below contains 5 columns, mostly self explanatory, but explanations follow:
Column 1) contains the name of the person og record, followed by the name(s) of persons giving the information. In most cases this is the parents or the spouse, but sometimes close relatives. They are either on the same line with the Creech subject, but sometimes on the line below. The horizontal lines are for ease of reading and sometime separate the Creech subject from the person giving the information. For instance, Creech, Denver Proctor; the persons giving the info were Joseph Alexander Creech & Hannah Cornett, his parents.
Column 2) On the same line with the Creech subject's name shows that Denver was a male. If the record had been one of a marriage (Next column) the entry would have been either "H" or "W", (Husband or Wife) i.e. as in David Creech, he is the husband of Mary Elizabeth Kelly.
Column 3) The type of record. The possible entries are:
A-----Adult Christening
B---- Birth
C-----Christening
D-----Death
F------Birth or Christening of first born child
M--- Marriage
