| The City Centre Bureau is based on the 4th Floor of Coventry Point, Market Way, Coventry. This is the tower block building situated adjacent to Woolworths in the town centre. |
| We operate a diagnostic interview system to deal with the level of demand for our service. Where an appointment is necessary, these can only be made by the diagnostic worker. |
