Schneider Skinks

Male Skink-Teek  I fell in love with these skink the moment I saw what my husband had bought me as a surprise at the local reptile show. I opened the reptile bag to find two silver and orange lizards that were about ten inches in length. Terry had bought me a pair of Schneider Skinks. Honestly, I didn't think I'd be into skinks, but I was wrong. They are playful; they'll eat anything you put in there cage; and they are fun to watch "swim" through the sand. I searched around discovered that Schneiders Skinks are not regularly bred in captivity so we're taking on the challenge to do so. In my opinion, these skinks are great pet for beginners as well as advanced collectors.

Care and Cage Requirements
I know from experience good information on these skink is hard to find so here's all the info I found and some tips that I discovered on my own: Schneiders Skink Care Page.
