Author's Bio Mr. Rosendo Cordero is a graduate of the Immaculate Conception Academy in Mayaguez, PR. High School baseball batting champ who excelled in all school sports. Earned BBA in Finance at the UPR in San Juan, PR in 1972. During the end of the Vietnam Era Mr. Cordero started a military career as an Intelligence Analyst with the XVIII Abn Corps where he attained the Army Commendation Medal for work related activities; achieved The First Honor Graduate Distinction at the NCO school. After completing military duty he earned an MBA at the Interamerican Univ in 1976. Upon graduation he worked as a Management Analyst and Financial Analyst for NEDA and NEDA Consulting Services. He joined the PR Development Fund, a Govt Development Bank subsidiary, where he worked as Credit Officer and Asst Vice President; he also performed financial analysis related to all new triple tax exempt government Bond issues for AFICA until 1984. Afterwards, for 17 years he worked as Vice-President for International Supplies Co. Inc., a wholesale firm. Mr Cordero is the author of a book manuscript, "Checo's Letter" which is now being edited for publication. He is also author of a report to be soon released entitled " The Concept of Mandatory Societal Benefit Individual Perpetual Financial Trusts", which postulates the establishment of trust-based designs to phase in, as perpetual "virtual" taxpayers all the future deceased, in order to insure long-term fiscal sustainability and solvency, and the resolution of trillions of dollars in unfunded liabilities on the infinite horizon arising from entitlement programs. Additionally , the report evididences that cost recapture of all governmental salaries, whether federal, state, military, municipal, or from public corporation employees will ensue on a timeline if the Trust design is enacted into law by Congress. Mr. Cordero is an avid reader of a wide range of topics, and most particularly in the area of Government Reform; he is constantly monitoring reports and testimony from the Federal Reserve Board, different agencies, and the most prominent think thanks. He's a father of two children- a daugher who is a legal attorney, and a son who is a 4th year student of political science.
