The Law of Unity of Universal Forces of the Co-ordinate Standard
Fourth-Dimensional Space-Substance; that point charges in the Solar
Gravity-Torsion Constant are integral to the elleptical trajectories and
to the space-time movements of celestial bodies in free-space.

The object of this discovery is in the depths of the active yellow star Sun, of spectral class G-3, at a distance from Earth of 150 million kilometers. The substance of this discovery is the fourth-dimensional co-ordinates of a Solar gravity-torsion constant. This discovery is of a selective macromolecular system---a Standard. There are no other known
constants with such features in our Galaxy. In the depths of the Sun, this system creates the conditions for exciting the continuous processes of nuclear synthesis. The chains of direct, inverse bonds between the substance of these fourth-dimensional co-ordinates, excites one-second interval molecular pulses. Every molecular formation relates to a
complex oscillation system, having a characteristic excitation spectrum of frequencies, which emit waves of ultra-light velocity, above 7000 Angstroms, in the spectrum of the orange-red band. Presently, the molecular clots of pulses of high density and temperature, are constantly reaching Earth naturally. The pulse is fixed, as illustrated in fig. 1 The system in the depths of the Sun has the same features. It is twisted in a complicated manner in its right part, and is outcropped in the single point to the left. Issuing from my investigations, as verified by physics laboratory experiment, I concluded that by using the co-ordinates of the Solar constant, pulses of 109 joules (in macroмolecule) energy are emitted naturally from the constant, giving humanity the real possibility for unrestricted use of the physical energy of space for one's own individual needs.

The priority of expert opinion has been formally registered under code # 99126872, dated 20 March, 2000, in the Institute of Patent Examination, Kiev, Ukraine.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

• In wireless power engineering, the generation of electricity from a physical vacuum. Alternative, clean energy, produced in co-ordinates, rather than from atomic, gas and other obsolete, archaic fuels, which produce environmentally hazardous waste products.

• The movement of gravitational objects, such as trains, ships and submarines.

• A new generation of torsion flying apparatus.

• A new technique for producing ultra-high temperatures at critical levels.

• New materials and alloys which have no analogues in present technology.

• Changing the mechanical trajectory of planets and comets.

THE DIRECTION OF DEVELOPMENT

The modern electronics creates the conditions for the practical realization of huge possibilities from a physical vacuum. The present level of electronics, using special circuit designs, has the possibility of operating at subnanosecond time intervals, producing the conditions for obtaining a huge power in pulse regime sufficient for exiting the vacuum. Vacuum energy is a new kind of power engineering. It represents a new class of electronic and torsion vacuum-energy generation. As the power engineering of the future, widely using such electronic techniques, it is beyond the present fuel-fired generation, being a new type of electronic power engineering, using vacuum effects in co-ordinates. In small, compact energy generators, one can achieve the very high density of energy necessary to excite the vacuum to the near-critical state, producing new charge-carriers of a macro-level energy, obtained from co-ordinates of the Solar gravity-torsion constant. The final product of
this method of energy production from the real material medium---the vacuum---is very desireable, especially from the perspective of environmental safety. The energy released from the excitation of Vacuum-Substance can also be used
in a new generation of torsion apparatus for space propulsion. In this respect, propulsion is obtained not from material objects having mass, but from the excited vacuum itself, when the wave packet containing the energy is equal to the energy of vacuum-excitation at the critical level. This method of space propulsion uses the energy hidden in matter, electronically transformed into the energy of an excited vacuum. This space propulsion method using vacuum-energy is of great significance. It is a new principal approach to both the propulsion method and the designing of vehicles. The method of propulsion and the engines used are absolutely clean from an environmental perspective, since the finished product of energy transformation does not contain matter. In essence, the use of vacuum-energy from co-ordinates, will influence the development of cold nuclear synthesis, giving new possibilities to solve the question of its paractical use in compact, high-energy plants. Under conditions of ultra-high temperatures, with high levels of energy, water becomes an appropriate alternative fuel, which may be used instead ofchemical, nuclear and gas fuels .

Based on a contract, the author will perform the work for this method of production and use of vacuum-energy, from the co-ordinates of the Solar gravity-torsion constant.
