A couple of announcements:

Due to the continual increase in postage and in membership publication costs, the CTA’s membership fees will be increased.

Effective January 1^st, 2006 the following membership fee increases will be in effect:

1 Year membership: $ 30.00
2 Year membership: $ 48.00
3 Year membership: $ 64.00
15 years and under: $ 10.00
Lifetime: $ 350.00

Colby College in Waterville, Maine is doing biological studies on Gray Fox in the NorthEast. The CTA has been contacted and requested to donate tissue samples of any Gray Fox obtained.

We have been sent numerous sample tubes from Colby College. All they are requesting are pea sized muscle tissue samples.

If you obtain a gray fox during trapping season and wish to donate a sample, please contact me at (860) 741-0728.
