Welcome to Devine
Junction. Devine Junction is located in the heart of Columbia,
South Carolina. Here, CSX,
Norfolk Southern, and Amtrak uses this junction to
get to various locations across
the Southeastern United States. To my knowledge,
2 Amtraks, 9 CSX, and 14 NS trains
uses this junction daily, and that doesn't
include the many CSX Coal Trains
and CSX trains that uses alternate routes. So in
all you can see 30 to 40 trains
in 24 hours at this location. I will give you a list of the
trains, their orgin and destination,
and also show you a couple of pictures of the
assortment of motive power that
comes through here.
