Can you expect a reply? Yes, you can. But it is more likely that you will not get one. I get loads of e-mail on a daily basis. While I read every single one of them, I don't have the time, effort or will to answer them all. It may sound like laziness, and indeed its. But I give you my FAQs, and that should be help enough.
