I used their instructions and coding in making my calendars. I did pick my own graphics for the covers and special holidays and month titles in the next coming year and not theirs.

You can either print out my month or D&W's months. A link to each will be by each month. Enjoy both.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING FULLSIZE CALENDARS WITH A HP PRINTER

Go to your printing options and uncheck everything except print backgrounds.
You will need 7 sheets of the 11" X 17" paper folded in half to make 8 1/2" X 11". Each sheet is assembled in the order here just as if you were to remove the staples from a store bought calendar and open it up in the middle.

Step #1a Place one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the cover for your calendar. Choose one of my COVERS or one of your own pics resized to 670x540 and then rotated to the right. So the top of picture or heads of people are now to the right side of the screen. Resize & Rotate here. Print your cover.

Step #1b Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing up so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image you just finished would be on the left and blank paper on left. Print your picture choice for January.

Step #1c After ink dries place the paper back in with the pic you just printed facing up and the folded end to the left. Click here for all the months of 2002 coming soon at a glance. Allow it to load and print.

Step 2a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of JANUARY 2002 or D&W January 2002  Click and print.

Step 2b Once dry, feed the folded paper in so the month of January is facing up and the open end is to the left. You will be printing all the months of year 2001 at a glance (coming soon). Click, allow it to load and print.

Step 2c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image you just finished would be on the right and month of January on your left. Print your picture choice for February.

Step 2d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of DECEMBER 2002 or D&W December 2002  Click and print.

Step 3a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of FEBRUARY 2002 or D&W February 2002  Click and print.

Step 3b Once dry feed the folded paper in so the month of february is facing up and the open end is to the left. Choose a picture for December and print. Step 3c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image for December would be on the right and month of February on your left. Print your picture choice for March

Step 3d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of NOVEMBER 2002 or D&W November 2002   Click and print.

Step 4a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of MARCH 2002 or D&W March 2002    Click and print.

Step 4b Once dry feed the folded paper in so the month of March is facing up and the open end is to the left. Choose a picture for November and print.

Step 4c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image for November would be on the right and month of March on your left. Print your picture choice for April.

Step 4d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of OCTOBER 2002 or D&W October 2002   Click and print.

Step 5a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of APRIL 2002 or D&W April 2002    Click and print.

Step 5b Once dry feed the folded paper in so the month of April is facing up and the open end is to the left. Choose a picture for October and print.

Step 5c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image for October would be on the right and month of April on your left. Print your picture choice for May.

Step 5d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of SEPTEMBER 2002 or D&W September 2002   Click and print.

Step 6a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of MAY 2002 or D&W May 2002    Click and print.

Step 6b Once dry feed the folded paper in so the month of May is facing up and the open end is to the left. Choose a picture for September and print.

Step 6c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image for september would be on the right and month of May on your left. Print your picture choice for June.

Step 6d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of AUGUST 2002 or D&W August 2002   Click and print.

Step 7a Place another one of the folded sheets in the top of printer with the folded end to the left. You will be printing the month of JUNE 2002or D&W June 2002    Click and print.

Step 7b Once dry feed the folded paper in so the month of June is facing up and the open end is to the left. Choose a picture for August and print.

Step 7c Allow ink to dry a minute or two and then fold the opposite way in half. Place paper in printer so that the open end is to the left and IMPORTANT--the pic you just printed is inside and facing down so that if you were to open the paper at this point the image for August would be on the right and month of June on your left. Print your picture choice for July.

Step 7d flip the folded paper over so the last blank page is down and the folded (closed) edge is to the left. You will be printing the month of JULY 2002 or D&W July 2002   Click and print.

PLACE TWO STAPLES IN CENTER CREASE AND YOU'RE DONE
