While working on Close the Roof has been fun, I've ultimately come to the conclusion that a web fanzine was not where I wanted to go with my fan site.

With a new direction, a new name seemed appropriate. It also seemed appropriate that the name "Close the Roof" be forever associated with the quirky, clunky, and often kooky fanzine experiment that it was.

I'll be working on a new site, and some Close the Roof content will migrate to the new site. I'm very excited about this new undertaking, and I truely believe that the resulting effort will be a valuable web resource for Sounders fans and fill a niche that needs to be filled.
