"Old Fashioned Redbone Hounds"
"The Big, Bawl Mouthed, Cold Nosed, Long Eared Kind"

We here at Creekside offer the BEST in the Redbone breed. We breed for temperament, brains, and handling ability first. We strongly feel  a Redbone Coonhound should look and act like they did at the turn of the 20th century when the best baying Foxhounds were crossed with the Bloodhound for a track minded tree hound. The bawl mouth is a requirement as well as a great "locating" ability for the treed game. We simply do not breed for the tree happy hound.
