B. Chris Munyan cannot remember a time when she has not been actively involved in the arts. She studied at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland, the Corcoran School of Art, and the Art League in Alexandria, Virginia. She has also participated in private classes and workshops with renowned watercolor artists such as Skip Lawrence, Carolyn Grosse Gawarecki, Louella Morgenthaler, and Marge Alderson.Ms. Munyan's current watercolors, acrylics, and pastels show a variety of experimental approaches to color, style, and subject matter. Her work is exhibited through the Prince William Art Society and the Annapolis (MD) Watercolor Club. |
