Stary was a "stay at home mom" the last two years
of her life. The highlights of her show career were her Best Doe
in Show at the Los Angeles County Fair in 1996 with 279 Senior Does competing,
including two former National Champions and a Reserve National Champion.
Another was going Grand Champion at the California State Fair in 1996 and
'97, with a Best Udder in Show at the 1996 show. And, when Stary's
buck kid, Cherrypines Startime, was the high selling animal ($3200) in
the 1997 ADGA Spotlight
