The onlineBFR allows the user to obtain all the necessary ground training that would be required to obtain a FLIGHT REVIEW or Wings Seminar credit.  It includes a complete review of FAR Part 91, airspace & VFR visibility requirements, radio communications, equipment requirements, accident prevention, collision avoidance, and cross wind technique.

The online seminar meets the safety seminar requirement of the FAA Pilot Proficiency Program - Wings.  This seminar plus the additional required training from an authorized instructor, will qualify a pilot for a phase of the Wings program.  Pilots who qualify for a phase of Wings, need not complete a flight review in-accordance-with CFR 61.56(e).
