| Once you have chosen your signature pic & have customized it to your liking, here is what you need to do to use it. The picture must be uploaded to a hosting site. Some sites do not allow remote hosting.. a free site that does allow it is iVillage. Create an account & upload your pic. You will need to remember the path to it.. an example : http://pages.ivillage.com/yourusername/nameofpic.jpg Log in to ezboard & go to your control center. On the ‘My Account’ tab, click on ‘Edit Preferences’. In the Custom Signature text box is where you need to type in the path. This is case sensitive, meaning capital letters must be capitalized here.. same with lowercase letters. Here is an example of a centered sig using ezcodes… [center][image]path to your pic[/image][/center] The center ezcodes are not necessary.. however, you must use the image ezcodes exactly for the picture to be able to load. Under the Custom Signature box, make sure to click to check the ‘Use Custom Signature’ box. Click on Save Changes & you’re finished. |
