| Carroll Chapter is part of Nentico Lodge #12, Order of the Arrow, BSA. We serve the Scouts, Scouters, and Arrowmen who live in Carroll County Maryland. The Order of the Arrow is the National Society of Honored Campers. Our members are elected by our peers on either a troop or lodge level depending on the members standing in the order. Our members represent the very best in scouting in Carroll County. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Carroll County AG Center in Westminster Maryland. Our meetings start at 7:30 pm.
