| Volunteer Opportunities at the Crawford County Humane Society Our shelter is run primarily on volunteer help. We are always in need of more volunteers. Even if you only have a few hours a month we have a volunteer job for you. Please do not think that you can not handle being around the animals that may be put to sleep. Without volunteers none of the animals would be able to have a second chance at a new life. Very few of our animals are put to sleep and it is only with volunteer help that we can continue to see this number drop. Volunteers make a huge difference in the lives of the animals that come to the shelter. Please consider helping to make that differance. If you still feel that you would want to help but not have direct access to the animals we still have volunteer jobs for you. Please read through the volunteer descriptions below. If you are interested in helping an application can be sent via email or can be picked up at the shelter. |
