| The Calhoun Co. Genealogy Society has revived itself. We usually have a monthly meeting on a Saturday. The meetings are not quite set yet. We will do that as we get more members. Our Goals: To promote the history and genealogy of Calhoun County. We would like to obtain more Texas data and reference materials for the library that has to do with Texas history. This site also includes a list of the cemeteries in Calhoun Co.,TX. This database is compliments of Lori Kerlick and Debbie Stovall. They have done a lot of hard work. Debbie is still working on this project. There are some newspapers from the area that have been found dating back to the early 1900s. We are working on preserving them so that they can be viewed by others.
