Communiy Board Nine can help you with many things, whether it is a traffic problem, deteriorating housing, sanitation, illegal conversion, or much more. Community Board Nine is also there for information and referrals regarding such things as youth programs, social services, schools, and civic and religous oranizations. |

| Community Board No. 9 consists of four communities, Kew Gardens, Richmond Hill, Woodhaven and Ozone Park. Richmond Hill is by far the largest with the most land and a population of 55,807*. Woodhaven is next with a populaion of 35,414*, followed by Ozone Park with a population of 25,442* and lastly comes Kew Gardens with 23,702 residents*. | Meetings: Board Meetings are held once a month. During such meetings, members have a chance to address items of concern to the community. However, board meetings are not just for members, they are also open to the public. In fact, a certain portion of the meeting is reserved for members of the public. In addition to concerns, there are regularly held meetings discussing issues such as the city's budget, land use matters, and more. |
