We will have the new CD "Homegrown" available for sale from 6:15 til the grandstands are empty
Then we head to the Bloomington VFW Club and have the CD Release Party til 12:30

On Sunday July 6th the Cattle Bandits band won the battle of the bands at the Grundy County Fair in Morris Illinois. The event was sponsored by country radio station WCCQ. The boys were up against four other bands and won a prize of $500 and a red, white and blue ribbon that usually are made for awarding cattle.
The boys had a long weekend performing at Chenoa on July 3rd (35 kegs died that night), Heyworth on July 4th, the Bloomington VFW club on July 5th and the Grundy County Fair on July 6th. It was very nice to end the weekend on a high note...also in the mix the boys did one last photo shoot for the album in Atlanta Illinois on Saturday morning....a big THANK YOU to the folks at J.H. Hawes Grain Elevator Museum for allowing the bandits to take over the place for an hour or so...getting it done!!!
