double rex. The actual coat/marking
can be in any rare/dilute color, the eyes can be odd
eyed, the coat can be rex, and the ears can be dumbo at no
additional charge.

with the prices, they are negotiable. But remember, a rat will cost
you a lot more over the course of it's lifetime then just the initial
purchase price.
