The theme for the Westbrook District Cub Scout Day Camp 2009 is “Cubs in Space.” Many theme related activities are already in progress for all programs: Rank, Den, Camp-wide and various Staff areas, i.e.: Archery, BBs, Cooking, Crafts Games, Nature, Scout Skills, Skits, Songs, and … not to mention our plans to just have FUN!!!

Buckle up for the ride of your life! Test your physical skills as an astronaut in training. The entire universe is yours to explore. Every day will offer something new for each age group. Build a space craft or perhaps capture an alien. Use your imagination to seek out and eliminate space pirates. Play games of alien invaders, star wars or capture the planet. Also some very special guest will arrive during the week.
Scouts This is the Final Funtier!!!!!!!
We are currently scheduled for two sessions of Day Camp this year.

Hinds 13-17th, 2009 8:30am-4:30 pm
Westbrook July 20- 24, 2009 8:30am - 4:30pm
Campers arrival is expected between 8:15am and 8:30am. Opening ceremonies begin promptly at 8:30am each morning. Pick-up of Scouts is directly after closing ceremony, which will end promptly at 4:30 each afternoon. Camp Aides, Den Leaders and Staff are requested to be at camp between 8:00am and 8:15am, and depart between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.

- June Camp (Session II)
o Saturday, June 20th @ Westbrook Pride Corner School

o Saturday, August 15th @ Nutter
Orientation @ 8:30 am, Camp Starts 9am
