General Information
- Show hall opens at 8:00 am.  The first class will be judged starting at 9:00 am.
Every effort will be made to end at approximately 7:00 pm

Entry Fees:  Make all checks payable to Carmen Robertson and mail them to 216 County Road 161, Gainesville, TX 76240.
OPEN HALTER & PERFORMANCE - $65.00
OPEN HALTER ONLY - $55.00

YOUTH HALTER - $20.00
NOVICE PERFORMANCE - $20.00
YOUTH HALTER & NOVICE PERFORMANCE - $25.00
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT -  If your entry is postmarked by September 1st, you can take $5 off your total fees!
Deadline for early entry is September28th.  All show entries received after September 17th will have to pay an extra $5 late entry penalty.
PROXY FEES - $3.00 per horse or per performance class.  No discount or penalty for proxy showers fees.
Vendor Only Fee:  $30.00 for one table.  Vendors are persons who will only sell items, not show.  If you are also entering the show and showing models, Then you may sell items from your table for no extra cost.  However, if you need an extra table for your sales items, then the vendor fee will apply.
Judges:  Sue Stewart, Kim Wandrey, Daralyn Wallace, Liana Cibery  and Carmen Robertson.  Others TBA.

Awards & Placings: 
Flat ribbons will be awarded to 6th place.  There will be double rosettes for all the championships and triple rosettes for all the overall grand & reserve champions. 

Class Limits: Each person can enter three horses per class in performance and four horses per class in halter.  Extremely large halter classes may be split as needed and class with fewer than six entries may be combined with a similar type within a division.  

Class Rules: 
No setups are allowed in halter classes (towels or cloths may be used under models that need to be laid down).  Once a model has been shown in a halter class; it may not be shown again in any other halter class. 

OF Halter Rules: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ Regular runs - variations as part of the run(25 mares/25 stallions or 15 glossy/35 matte); accidental variations/factory goofs such as no socks, blanket spots, glossy or semi-glossy; Connoisseur models; Artists proofs of regular run & Conn models; signed regular runs; designated runs over the test run/VLR limit.
VLRs - BF prize models(regardless if its just a glossy version of the regular run); some judge's models if they fall under the number limit for the VLR division; Stone limited factroy runs under the VLR limit; Congress runs under the VLR limit.
Collectability - All showers are urged to place an informational card by their model if they want it judged on collectability.  There will be blank index cards available to put collectability info on if you need them.  I will have the newest Breyer Collectors Guide and the Stone Base Guide.  There will also be a laptop connected to the internet to look up Stones on the online Stone guide.

Youth
:  Open to children between the ages of 7-16.  Childern under the age of 13 should have a parent present at all times.

Collectors Class
:  Limit two entries per shower; minimum of 6 models; rosettes will be given from 1st to 4th.

Refunds:  Refunds given if notified in advance of the show date.
Tags: Front of tags should have only the models' entry number, breed and gender showning (name is optional).  Only this side should be where the judge can see it.  Back of tags may have your name and the horse's name so you can ID them.  You can look up your show entrant number on the EMCAT web page at  http://starhold.150m.com/numbers.htm or ask Daralyn Wallace at RaunFalcon@aol.com for one if you don't already have one.
TRAVEL & HOTEL INFORMATION
Driving Directions: 
From Dallas/Fort Worth take I-35 North to Gainesville.  Exit at California St. and take a right on California St.  Just past the Braum's take a right on S. Weaver.  The Civic Center is on the right side of the street at the corner of Medal of Honor Blvd. & S. Weaver.  Distance is approximately 70 miles from Dallas.
From Oklahoma City take I-35 South to Gainesville.  Exit at California St.  At stop sign take a left under bridge.  Just past the Braum's take a right on S. Weaver.  The Civic Center is at the corner of Medal of Honor Blvd & S. Weaver.  Distance is approximately 140 miles from Oklahoma City.
Hotels: Holiday Inn Express (940)665-0505, Quality Inn(old Ramada) (940)665-8800, Comfort Inn (940)665-5000, Hampton Inn (940)612-4300, La Quinta (940)665-5700 & Days Inn (940)665-5555.  All of these hotels are located right on I-35 and are just minutes from the show hall; seconds if you stay at the Quality Inn because it's right next door!
RV Park:
There is a RV park with hook-ups located right next to the hotel.  The price is $15.00 per night.  For info, call  (940)668-4530.  This is managed by the Civic Center.
