But the history that is the Great War, the moment that Ganondorf
ul Dragmire stole the Triforce and slew the Gods, that is the
tale which has become the Legend of Hyrule.
In this era, ten thousand years before the time of Link and Zelda,
the war has begun. Ganondorf seeks power, and of all the powers that
be, behind him is the Fallen God, Dragmire. Now, with an army behind
him, Ganondorf will claim his destiny as the Lord of Darkness, and
nothing can stand in his way once he has claimed the Triforce.
Nothing, save the innocent soul of a child. Annointed by the God of
Wisdom, young Harkin Tridelan must become the Sword Magnus, chosen to
wield the Master Sword, the Blade of Ieyadon. In his quest to stop the
rule of Ganondorf, he shall have the aid of the brave warrior Regalas,
the wise Sage of Time Rauru, and the mysterious Sheik, warrior of
Sheikah. But is Harkin ready for his destiny as the Sword Magnus?
