The Canterbury Trails neighborhood is home to 355 households in the rolling, wooded hills of southwest Austin on the edge of the Texas Hill Country. The subdivision is bordered by Slaughter Creek and a 13-acre greenbelt. The greenbelt, accessed through our community park, is a haven for hikers, bikers, walkers, joggers and nature lovers. In the spring, residents can simply step out into Canterbury's back yard to view a spectacular burst of wildflowers in bloom.

Our neighborhood, located just south of Slaughter Lane off Manchaca Road, is home to a diverse and pleasant group of residents. Located within a few miles is some of the most convenient shopping anywhere in Austin. Residents enjoy less traffic and a wide open feel of Austin, away from all the congestion.
