Sunnyway House is an elegant Edwardian townhouse in the ever-popular Victoria Road. It is a five minute level walk into town (no steps) where you will find an array of shops and eating experiences and the waterfront for which Dartmouth is famous.

Inside the house is light and airy with an elegant sitting and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven and a microwave. You also have the full use of a washing machine and dishwasher. The utility area is perfect for buckets and spades or wet weather gear depending on how lucky you are with the weather!

There are 3 light and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has views over open country-side and a super kingsize (6ft) brass bedstead. There is a TV/DVD in this bedroom and chaise lounge from which to enjoy the views.

The loft bedroom (left) has a kingsize bed (5ft 6") and views over the pretty pastel coloured houses of the town. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (3ft each) and again views over the town. The family sized bathroom includes bath and separate shower cubicle.

The house is fully centrally heated.

Externally you have the full use of both the front garden and rear patio garden, including furniture seating 6 people and a BBQ. The rear patio is a perfect suntrap and a parasol is also provided to give some welcome shade.

The rear patio garden is fenced with a gate which leads out to the driveway with enough space to park two cars - essential for stress-free holidaying in Dartmouth!
