For your protection the unit is equiped with fire sprinklers. There are two elevators for your convenience. The emergency stairwell and trash chute is just outside the door for easy access. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our buildings amenities include a recreation area equiped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym.
