The apartment can be rented as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are appointed with double beds and built in cabinets in the main bedroom. Just off the bedrooms is the bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living room is equipped with a double bed. The efficient kitchen is connected to the living room by a granite breakfast bar with seating for two. The living room has an entertainment center and a dining area. The unit also boasts 2 balconies, one in the living room with lateral views to the ocean and mountains. The other balcony is in the main bedroom and has a view of the pool and recreation area. For your protection the unit is equiped with fire sprinklers. There are two elevators for your convenience. The emergency stairwell and trash chute is just outside the door for easy access. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our buildings amenities include a recreation area equiped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym. The condominium is located on a residential tree lined street were you are just steps away to a variety of restaurants and shops. A market is located just around the corner if you wish to pick up groceries to cook, or look for munchies for the beach or those late night cravings. Near by you will also find major hotels for business or dining. The apartment unit is in the caliber of a 4 or 5 star boutique hotel. This is a non smoking apartment.
