Ed Poe several years ago had a vision and a passion. He wanted a place where adults of all artistic ability could come together and explore their shared interst in creating pottery. Buffalo Clayart Center provides that space and opportunity. The members, from the novice to the more advanced are provided a relaxing and non-judgemental environment to work in . Buffalo Clayart Center has a simple philosophy. Creating pottery from clay is more about the process - the journey - than it is about any piece of finished product.

Intro Class: Mondays and/or Wednesdays 7:00 - 9:30pm The Next intro class has not yet been scheduled. The all-inclusive class fee is $140. Send a $35 deposit to hold a spot for the next class. Intermediate Class: call studio for more information There's usually a party two weeks after the final class. We'll supply drinks and pizza. What goes on? We have a spring and a holiday show that is usually a part of the Artists In Buffalo Elmwood Gallery District Show. The Show is an opportunity to see 130 artists in 43 studio/galleries along Elmwood and around downtown all in one weekend. Displays from past shows... . Hope to see you there! Buffalo Clayart makes bowls for the annual fundraiser where participants recieve a hand made bowl, enjoy food and music from around the world, and can support a good cause.
