Dear Diary,
HELP! HELP! HELP! More viewers are needed for Beartown News. This internet paper is absolutely free with no advertising. Please view every month and enjoy all the back issues in the archives!!!
Hey folks, I had the most wonderful stroke of luck last year; I found COUNTRYBEAR.COM the best in real Country Music and us bears love REAL COUNTRY. I listen to Country Bear all the time when I'm on the internet and with my Walkbear! My big, black, fuzzy, audio receivers are sure HAPPY! Hope you'll be sure to do the same! The experience reminds me of a good old country song "I HAVE THE HAPPIEST EARS IN THE WHOLE USA" (I think that's a song).
It was a warm winter and I was able to keep going to the river for a bath. Wish I could have taken off my fur coat for the winter, ha ha. Summer is here; think NUTS!!! If you are looking for me I may be under the oaks or beeches; always listening to COUNTRY BEAR. It is hard to believe the days will get shorter as we once again approach winter. My main job now is to concentrate on food. WHAT A JOB!!! I hope Mother Myrick will come along again some day soon. I'd like to see her again before I hibernate.
I decided to start a newspaper two years ago called
BEARTOWN NEWS . COM
. It started in early February as I finally got my brain and paws used to this computer; it is not exactly what you would call bear friendly. Traffic has been great! People have come from all over the world; Canada, Germany, Switzerland, England, Australia and elsewhere. Amazing! Read some of their interesting responses in my guest book. And as you can imagine bears don't like traffic, ordinary traffic that is, but cyber traffic is certainly OK. It is very quiet and can not run you over. Hope you will bear with me as I struggle to manage the first web site authored by a bear.
I have email: bruindebear@yahoo.com. I would like your comments even if they are CORNY. Get it? As long as you're here; please sign my guestbook. I have several very specific questions for you. The answers will help me evaluate the viewership (is that a word? some kind of a boat? oh well I think you know what I mean.).
I would like to show you a picture of the staff of Beartownnews.com I'm the one on the right. Any tips on the location of berry patches and oak and beech trees would be greatly appreciated. I think it will be a great season for nuts and I don't mean lunatics.
Gastronomically yours,
Bruin DeBear
