Tim Koltek would like you to believe he's a successful entrepreneur and business leader but the facts suggest otherwise. Here are some quotes from the Itrezzo web page at http://www.itrezzo.com/bios2.htm. Judge for yourself.
FICTION: "Koltek comes to Itrezzo after taking a popular Internet content site from concept to acquisition in 7 months. This followed two years as CEO of LovedYourGift.com where he successfully completed two rounds of funding and established a network with over 60 affiliates."
FACT: Tim started two tacky novelty websites during the height of the dot com boom and like so many other he failed miserably. Neither had a sustainable business model and both ceased to exist.
FICTION:
"Tim Koltek brings a proven track record in dynamic, high growth companies."FACT: Tim has never had a job. His "companies" Shittygift.com and lovedyourgift.com, bad ideas then and now, both failed. That's his "track record".
FICTION:
"...Koltek founded two Internet companies successfully steering them through capital formation and acquisition." FACT: Tim got the kind of publicity you get for doing something stupid in public. He's a class clown not an entrepreneur. "ShittyGift.com is for sale on eBay ... Tim Koltek, opened the site last December with $500 and now expects it to sell for five to 10 times opening value." Selling a website on EBAY isn't "steering a business through acquisition".. it's a joke.FICTION:
"He is currently a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at several universities and is a contributing columnist to numerous magazines."FACT: Try finding these "numerous magazines" on Google and you'll see that Tim Koltek is a fraud. He craves respect and recognition that he hasn't earned. What exactly could Tim speak or write about? He manipulated the media and got his two minutes of fame as a tacky "wanna-be" but when the smoke cleared he's left with two failed businesses (and bad ideas at that) and the skills and haircut of the average used car sales man.
Why do I care? I worked for Itrezzo before Tim screwed it up. I saw first hand the damage an inexperienced ego-maniac can do and created this site as a lesson in humility and to clear the air. I feel better already.
