All The Rain is Gone . . .

Another page off
Of my desk planner
Another cold and
Dreary day stuck with her

Banished are we
To the indoors
And now we're forced
To spend time together!

I'm gonna swear now,
If it doesn't clear
I'm gonna head for the woods
And live with the deer

Shine Shine Shine

*Shine* *Shine* *Shine*
My, what a beautiful day. I think I shall go out and enjoy the splendors of nature

*Tweet* *Tweet* *Tweet*
I am going to go out and spend the entire day reveling in this empyrean beauty.

*Plop* *Plop* *Plop*
Oh look, heaven has sent life giving water to rejuvenate the flowers.

*Splash* *Splash* *Splash*
The Earth turns from it's winter brown into an invigorated verdant.

*Splash* *Whoosh* *Clap*
It's looking kind of dangerous out there.

*Crackle* *Hiss* *Boom*
Oh God, there just went that old oak tree!

*"It's the bottom of the Ninth"*
I think I'll just stay inside.

The Days of Water

Oh to the sweet
And nourishing rain
That feeds our thirst
And cleans our feet

Come and shower
Our waning flowers
And don't forget
To fill our mere

Clear away
The dark of winter
And now begin
A bright spring day

Why look, still
Down falls the rain.
I think you can stop
For, you've filled my well

Rain please
You're dangerous behavior
Is flooding our streets
I beg you, cease.

You must stop flowing
For water is to my neck.
I guess we should have listened
To what Noah was saying

Another Rainy Day

Clouds
Reach
Above
Perhaps
Passing
Ye

Daring
Another
Yule tide

A Child's Song Revisted

It's Raining
It's Pouring
The Old Man is Snoring!

He is smashed
Fell on his ass
Now thanks to him it's pouring!

It's Raining
It's Pouring
The Old Man is Snoring

Why the hell
Are we blaming Mel
Early in the Morning?

(Repeat indefinitely)

For all that Spring brings, flowers and what not, who really wants to have to deal with that annoyance of a weeping sky?
