We are situated 3 minutes from the Trans-Canada Highway on Brandon's North Hill, just off Braecrest Drive. Relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the view of Grand Valley and the city from in front of the fireplace in our Family Room. 
 
Breakfast will be served, overlooking the valley, in the breakfast nook or on the deck. 

All of the city's shopping areas and attractions, including four golf courses, are found within a ten-minute drive of our home. 

The International Peace Gardens are a 1 1/2 hour drive south to the U.S. border, while Clear Lake in Riding Mountain National Park is a one hour drive north.  A 45 minute drive south-east will bring you to Spruce Woods Provincial Park with its Spirit Sands Desert, and a 30 minute drive south-west brings you to Souris with its Rock Shop and Swinging Bridge, Canada's longest suspension footbridge.
