Why are these new industrial relation laws bad for you?
> No unfair dismissal protections
> Huge loss of entitlements such as over time, penalty rates, rostered days off, public holidays, redunandcy payments and so on.
> Annual leave can be slashed to just 2 weeks per year
> Individual contracts single out people and hence make it harder to get better wages. WORKERS ON INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS RECEIVE UP TO $200 LESS PER WEEK COMPARED TO WORKERS ON UNION COLLECTIVE CONTRACTS
> Harder to get representation when it comes to issues
> Safety will suffer as unions are restricted from accessing workplaces

2. DISCUSS THESE ISSUES WITH YOUR WORKMATES AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO JOIN
