Once again typed after the show, so may be less detailed. Sorry!
On John's jet, MArlena shows John the partial note from Daphne DiMera which says that she is afraid Tony and John will keep confronting one another until one is dead, neither one of them ever realizing that they are brothers. John says the letter is obviously a fake, a distraction. He thinks it was planted there to make them leave the island, and he thinks they should turn the jet around and go back and get the evidence they came for. MArlena says no, and she tells John to hypnotize her to get the information he seeks. John does as she asks, and when he tells her to think about crashing waves, she is brought back to the times she was held captive. She remembers a man commanding her to sleep and drugging her, and she also fought the drugs because she was afraid that it might "break and fall." When she comes to, John tells her everything. Marlena is puzzled about what she was worried about, and gets a sudden chill similar to how she felt when she saw the painting of herself.

At the funeral home, people have gathered for Lexie's funeral. Brandon and Sami show up, and Brandon lays into Abe and tells him that this is all his fault! He says Lexie's death is on his hands! Shane breaks it up, and then Shane gets a call that Bo has escaped. Abe and Shane leave, and Celeste allows Brandon to visit with Lexie. Brandon goes in to see her, and Sami spies on him. She is stunned when he tells her that he regrets the night they slept together. Later, Sami goes in and tells Lexie that she hates her for not only kidnapping and murdering her aunt Hope, but for sleeping with the man she loves. She tells Lexie that she got everything she deserved!

On the docks, Larry and Hope make their way to the docks, only to be confronted by Bo. Larry orders Bo to drop his gun, or he'll kill Hope. Bo does as Larry asked, and then orders Bo to start the Fancy Face so he can use it to escape with Hope. Afterwards, Larry knocks Bo out with his gun and pushes him into the water! Larry and Hope sail away, and as Hope cries, she works to free her hands from the duct tape Larry tied them with. She attacks Larry, and while he is distracted, Bo climbs on board and wrestles with him! Bo manages to get the gun and hold Larry at bay, but when Larry charges Bo, the gun is fired! Larry is hit in the chest, and then falls overboard!

In an alleyway, Jen gets a call from someone, and heads out. Jack is puzzled and follows her down to the docks. Jen grabs Jack from behind and asks what he is doing here? Roman shows up and asks them both what they are doing here? Jen says Abe called her about the sting, and she used her sources to find out where it was going down. Roman tells her that was a very stupid and foolish thing to do! They wait, and eventually Bo and Hope pull up in the Fancy Face. Everyone is thrilled to see Hope is okay, but Jack is puzzled. Jen says she will explain everything to him, which makes him realize she knew about everything that was going on.

Back at the funeral home, Abe calls Celeste and tells her that it is over, Bo took care of the kidnapper and rescued Hope. Celeste is pleased, and asks where she is so she can tell her? Abe says he's already done just that, and the camera pans over to LExie, who is alive and well. MEanwhile, at the hospital, Shane tells Billie that Bo has taken care of Larry and rescued Hope. Billie, who is alive, is very pleased to hear the news!

At the station, Abe tells Lexie that the charges against her have been dropped, and she is free to go. Suddenly, Tony shows up and says Alexandra may be free, but this is far from over. Lexie and Tony hug, and Tony tells Abe that he is finished taking advantage of his sister! Abe says it was Lexie’s idea to help, but Tony says nothing they have done so far indicates any apologies have been made towards his sister, so he thinks a hefty lawsuit will teach them a lesson. Lexie tells Tony no, she will handle this her way. Tony tells Lexie that they can’t get away with what they have done. Lexie tells Tony that she loves him and she knows she is right, but this is not a fight she can make right now. She says she cannot stand to see her face on anymore papers, and that she needs some peace and quiet in her life right now. Tony says okay, and he gives Lexie a moment alone with Abe. Lexie tells Abe that she has some things to say, and he is going to take what she says seriously. Lexie tells Abe that she was wrong to ever believe that he loved her. She says she worked with him to free Hope, and now that it is over, she wants nothing else to do with him for the rest of her life! Lexie then walks out of Abe’s office.

At the hospital, Jack talks with Jen and figures most of everything out. Jen says there is one more important thing he needs to know, and she takes Jack in to see Billie, who is alive. Billie is telling everything she can to Shane, but he decides to let them talk and come back for the rest of Billie’s statement later. Jack is shocked, but glad, to see that Billie is still alive. He hopes she had nothing to do with Hope’s predicament. Billie says she did do something very stupid. Billie says Larry did shoot her when she caught onto him. Billie says she didn’t come back to be a cop, she came back because she believed she was working for the ISA. Jack says everyone around here seems to have secrets, everyone but him for a change. Jack is furious that he let Jen cry on his shoulder when it was all a lie. Billie said that they had to let Larry believe she was dead or dying because if he thought she was going to survive then Hope and herself would be in danger. Billie says when she regained consciousness Shane showed her a mugshot of Larry, and she believed that he was her ISA contact. Billie says her blunder lead to Hope’s kidnapping. Roman comes to see Billie, and Jack and Jen leave. Jack is still hurt that Jen lied to him. She wants to explain to him why he was kept out of it. Jen says it isn’t that she didn’t trust him, but he needs to hear the whole story. She explains it, and he is hurt that basically everyone in Salem but him knew the truth.

Meanwhile, Roman tells Billie that he knows the real reason she hooked up with Larry Welch. He accuses her of working with Larry to kidnap Hope, and she gave him up to save her own hide. Billie claims she didn’t know who Larry was until Shane told her who he really was. Roman says bull, and that she will go down for this. He says she has been suspended without pay pending an investigation. He tells her that her life will be hell once she is in prison, because one thing prisoners hate more than a cop, is a crooked cop!

Hope’s family gathers and waits to see Hope. Bo has taken Shawn and Zack to see Hope first. In Hope’s room, Hope is thrilled to see her boys. Hope tells Bo that she knew he would come for her. Shawn and Zack go to get some food, and Bo tells Hope that she will be okay in time. Hope says she is worried about him, he’s going to have to go to trial for killing Lexie. Bo tells Hope that Lexie is alive, he didn’t kill her. Bo explains that Lexie was their first suspect when they learned she and Zack were kidnapped, and he explains how everything looked bad for Lexie when they found her with Zack on Halloween night. Hope says that Larry set Lexie up and made sure everyone thought she killed her. Bo says later they found her sweater, and her letter, and then her jewelry in a pawn shop. Bo says he knew she wasn’t dead, and he returned to the letter, and he picked up the clue “How We” or Howie Hoffsteader. Bo says he made some calls and learned Larry Welch was released a year ago, and his parole officer got a call from him when he was in Cedar Rapids, which happened to be the same time she was kidnapped. He says when they figured out it was Larry, they got a lead from an unexpected source, Billie! Bo says Billie thought Larry was ISA, but Hope thinks Billie was working with Larry! Bo says there is evidence against Billie, but after the mistake he made with Lexie, he’d rather let time and justice convict Billie. He explains that Shane figured out Billie was being set up, and before Billie could ID Larry, he shot her. He says it was then when he figured out Larry had kidnapped her, and he decided to stage something dramatic. Suddenly, Lexie walks in and begins explaining the rest. Lexie says Bo came to her and asked for his permission to kill her! LExie says she came here just to make sure she was okay with her own eyes. Hope apologizes to Lexie for everything Larry did to her. Bo tells Hope that they staged this scenario to make Larry believe his plan was working. Lexie says she knows she has done some horrible things to them, and she just wanted to make up and make sure Zack had his mother back. Bo says they found the warehouse where Larry kept her, and the message she scratched out, along with a date she left. Bo knew that it was the date they left years ago to sail around the world, and he knew what she was saying and where he had to go to find her. Shawn returns and tells his mom that there are about fifty people waiting to see her, and she says she wants to see them too.

Back out in the waiting room, Hope is welcomed back by everyone. They all discuss the night Bo told them all about the plan and how they all had to help him by playing their parts and telling no one. Later, the doctors discharge Hope, and everyone plans to meet at Tuscany for Thanksgiving dinner. Elsewhere, Jack still feels used. He thinks Jen used him to disseminate false information through the Spectator, and that is the real reason she did not tell him. Jen says when he left to go visit the hospital that is when Bo told them the truth, and she knew she couldn’t write those articles, but he could. Still, Jack said he thought this shared grief was bringing them closer together, but it was all an illusion. Jack walks out on Jen, who is very upset. Meanwhile, Abe tries to talk to Lexie outside. Lexie tells Abe that he can talk to her lawyer. She tells him that she won’t be fighting the divorce anymore, and tells him goodbye! The show ends with a shot of Larry washing up, alive, on a beach!

Shane is going to have the fingerprints from the tower and the letter analyzed, as well as his DNA. John says no, he knows that he is not a DiMera!
