At the Wesley’s, someone rings the doorbell, and Nancy and Chloe both yell for someone to get the door. Craig answers it, and it is Brady. Brady and Chloe are going out somewhere, but they don’t know where yet. They begin talking about Collin’s murder, and who could have possibly wanted him dead. Brady and Chloe eventually leave, and Nancy asks Craig what is bothering him? She says she can see something troubling in his eyes. Craig says he can’t get over the years they lost with Chloe, and he wants to investigate what happened with her pregnancy and the tests run at the hospital. He says he needs her signature to see the records, and if he could find out what happened then maybe they could finally be free from the past. Nancy says she will help him. Nancy gives Craig a massage to relax him, and she realizes he is very tense.
Meanwhile, Chloe and Brady go for a walk and see a shooting star. They make a wish, and they kiss. Brady says he got his wish, and Chloe says she wished she could live long enough to have gray hair. As they continue to walk along, Chloe sees the stump of the tree with her and Phillip’s initials on it. She wonders what could have happened, but seeing the stump makes her realizes that chapter of her life is over. She tells Brady that being here with him makes her feel so strong and sure about herself, and that she can do anything. Suddenly, Chloe gets a nose bleed! Chloe doesn’t think much of it, but Brady is worried and insists they go home. They go home, and Craig checks Chloe out. Chloe says it was a very deja-vous experience as this is how it all started. Craig says he’ll order a blood test and meet her at the hospital. Craig says he’ll just tell her mom that he has to go check on a patient. Chloe begins to really worry, so Brady tries to set her mind at ease.
Marlena goes to the station to find Bo, but he’s in a meeting. John is also at the station. John wants to apologize to Marlena for his behavior earlier. Marlena tells John that Tony doesn’t want him to exhume Daphne, and she agrees with him! Marlena feels Tony is right, it will be disrespectful and a waste of time. She tells him that he can either accept the DNA results, or he can continue searching for answers for his entire life. Marlena tells John that he owes it to his mother to let her rest in peace. John says he doesn’t know how to reconcile with this hatred he feels for his closet living relative.
In the meeting, Bo, Roman, and Abe all discuss the letter from Collin that has turned up. Bo doesn’t understand why Collin would do something like this to their family. The handwriting analysis from the letter comes in, and it is Collin’s handwriting. Roman thinks Collin could have been coerced into writing the letter. Suddenly, D.A. Carson Palmer shows up and demands the Brady brothers be thrown off this case. He thinks they are too close to the case and the letter pins his murder on his own family. Roman says he wasn’t at the wedding, and Bo says his moves were accounted for. Abe thinks this is just about the D.A. feeling left out of the plan to save Hope, but Carson says he is fed up with the Brady brothers brand of vigilante justice! Abe refuses to take the Bradys off the case. Carson tells them that he will be watching them closely, and if it turns out that a Brady did kill Collin, then he will make sure they pay to the fullest extent of the law!
John and Marlena eventually meet with Bo, and he tells them that Collin was planning to kill Jack. They ask how she knows? Roman says Sami told them. He says she got into the middle of something, and she was afraid and ran to Tony for help. John asks if they think Tony killed Collin to cover something up? Roman says it could be, and Sami could be in danger if Tony finds out Sami talked. Marlena asks how Sami was involved? Roman says that Sami was frightened by Collin, so she took his gun and accidentally fired it in the Salem Inn parking lot. Bo says forensics has checked it out and cleared her story. Roman says yes, but he isn’t the one who had to walk away from the woman he loved. John understands, but says he is not the enemy, and he never has been. John says the DiMeras are the enemies, and he says Marlena is in as much danger from Tony as she was from Stefano, and that is why he is hoping they can work together for her sake. Marlena and John end up leaving, but not before overhearing Bo tell Roman and Abe that Victor could have had something to do with Collin’s murder. Later, Abe orders surveillance on the pub as Shawn wants to hold a memorial service for Collin. They all examine the suspect list, and as they narrow it down, it looks more and more like Tony did it. Caroline tells Roman that Shawn is taking this hard, and he is refusing to believe that Collin was working for the DiMeras. She says Shawn is trying to convince himself that he was just Tony’s doctor and nothing more. John says if he was so innocent and just Tony’s doctor, then why would Tony want him dead? John says like it or not, Collin was a bad Brady, otherwise he wouldn’t have written that letter blaming the Brady’s if anything happened to him. Caroline asks them not to say anything to Shawn about this. Meanwhile, Hope continues to see Larry around her. Bo knows something is wrong, and he talks to MArlena again. Bo tells her that he thinks Hope is suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome. Bo asks Marlena to speak to Hope again. Marlena says she can only suggest therapy, nobody can force her. Bo knows that, and he thanks MArlena. Marlena talks to Hope and asks her how she is. Hope says she is great, the only thing wrong with her is that she feels like she is under a microscope.

Shawn says he is fine. They talk about Collin’s murder, and Hope claims she knows nothing and thinks it is best they all try and forget that night. Shawn agrees. Belle shows up and talks with Shawn for a bit.
Bo continues to comfort Hope, and Larry watches from outside. He vows to make the next Brady memorial for Bo! Hope ends up leaving to pick up Zack and spend time with him. As she goes to leave she offers to take the trash out for Caroline. She does so and sees Larry hiding in the shadows. She asks him if he is there? Larry soon begins to realize that Hope is having delusions!
Tony arrives at the pub, and everyone is stunned. Bo tells him that they are closed. Tony says he came to pay respects, but they accuse him of doing this. He says he did not kill Collin, and he had great respect for him. Tony says he was a good doctor, and for that, his family condemned him! The twins show up as well, to pay there respects.
