blue moon is a low-budget, cut & paste Canadian poetry journal. it began in February 1999. it's made of paper. staples hold it together. it's almost as cheap as this website, only you have to hold it in your hands. you cannot surf the cheapness away.

blue moon can be found in Ottawa at Richard Fitzpatrick Books, Arlington Books & Crosstown Traffic. also at various poetry readings & small press fairs. whenever I travel I bring some & contributors have permission to copy it, so you never know where you'll find it.
