| UNA-USA's main objectives are to teach Americans about the U.N., and to encourage support for strong U.S. leadership in the U.N. We accomplish these goals through a number of educational outreach efforts, from seminars and special curricula, to internships and conferences. The Bluegrass Chapter focuses on educational events such as speakers, panel discussions, and debates. |
| Our vision is an international system in which the United States works in partnership with others nations to achieve the goals set forth in the Charter of the United Nations. Through its Global Policy Programs, UNA-USA seeks to contribute an intellectually rigorous internationalist perspective to the American foreign policy debate and to offer innovative and concrete recommendations on ways to enhance the performance and effectiveness of the United Nations. |
