Loneliness

Feeling lonely at times is very human. There are different kinds of
loneliness feeling as though you don't have enough or any friends, feeling unseen or unknown by those you know, difficulty feeling good when alone or making use of one's time. Sometimes we suffer because of a false belief
about ourselves "If I am alone, then something must be wrong with me Perhaps I am unlovable" This feeling may be a symptom of
insufficient self love.

Loneliness is a problem for many people, and today’s culture seems to make
 it worse. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to be “shy” to be lonely, Sometimes the most outgoing and friendly person can be desperately lonely inside.

People who struggle with loneliness feel like no one understands
them or their experiences. Lonely people feel isolated in a crowd of people. They feel like there is no one to turn to and feel like they are rejected by society.

Some of us may have internalized the false view that to be happy is to be surrounded by others at all times. and yet if we can learn to be truly intimate with ourselves, then we are never alone. This sort of intimacy, however,
is not always easy to come by. It may take facing the wounded, deficient
parts of ourselves, as well as the wonderful, abundant parts.

What if someone could perfectly fill your need for a deep connection?
What if someone was always there for you and promised to never leave you feeling isolated or rejected ?



I wanna tell a little bit of my real story .

a lot of my friends & cousins don't  like me & the reason is I'm not like them playing the bad game called " get girls number & play "
I don't like the game Coz that bad game play on the feelings and sense specially that game depends on lying & there's a lot of girl will be hurt
&
me being happy for all the time

how could I do that selfish things

they say to me " There's no girl fall in love, you should play talk to a lot of girls to find that love & you shouldn't be good as you now"
maybe my friends & cousins doesn't know that game really really hurt .
but someday they will feel it !!!
I know I feel so badly because of them .

&

I tell them someday I'll find that special person or waiting that special person found me.
In that day I know loneliness knows me by name.



Believe me Somewhere there's someone who dreams of your smile, and finds in your presence that life is worth while. So when you are lonely, remember it's true Somebody somewhere is thinking of you.

What If You Find That Special Person, The Person that bring for you Happiness & Smile every day & night .
the person who want lesson for you even he/she doesn't , the person that very kind to you , the person who look at you & think you're beautiful
that means he/she is the person has a beautiful heart but not all of them.

I found that 2 special person in my life :)

one of them left me because of his mother without any reason.

Though we are far apart, she will always be the most important person in my life, She was always there for me, there to encourage me, there to comfort me, She was my biggest supporter in both the good and the bad.

That day when She added me in msn, I Know That I found a So Wonderful & Special Person and a friendship that I pray will never end.

She never ever judged me, She understood my sorrow
She was always there for me, I knew I could count on her, She gave me advice and encouragement whenever I did not know what to do there.

She helped me learn to love myself, She made life seem so good,
She said I can do anything I put my mind to and suddenly I knew I could.

There were Thousand times when we did not  see eye to eye and there were days & months when both of us cried, but even so we made it through Our friendship has not died.

Now Circumstances have pulled us apart, We are separated by many miles,
Truly the only thing that keeps me going is my treasured memory of her smiles .

This friendship we share is so precious to me, I hope it grows and flourishes
and lasts unto infinity, She is so extra special to me.

Our friendship is one in a million so let's hold on to it and each other
We can't let this chance of pure bliss fly away for there will never be another
