Bill Lueders is news editor of Isthmus, Madison, Wisconsin's newsweekly. He serves as President of the
Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council and is the author of An Enemy of the State
(1996, Common Courage Press), a biography of the courageous editor and journalist Erwin Knoll.

He is also the author of Cry Rape:The True Story of One Woman's Harrowing Quest for Justice (2006, University of Wisconsin Press).
