What is the b.l.t?

Well it's not just a sandwich that's for sure, initially B.L.T was just used as short hand for an event planned on Facebook called, the "Big Lazer Tag day" but the success of that event held on the 29th of August 2007 led to it becoming much more.

The B.L.T Group is now a lazer tag club in its own right and using this website in combination with our Facebook group we hope to be able to plan more "Big Lazer Tag" events in future.

Where is B.l.t based?

The group is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England but anyone who can get here is welcome to join in.

We play in an area of Leeds called Horsforth, in a large wooded area opposite Trinity & All Saints University College (LS18 5HD) not too far from Leeds & Bradford Airport.

What's this "lazer tag"?

Lazer Tag (with a z) is actually just a brand name, the hobby is laser tag (with an s). Remember Laser Quest arenas? or QZAR arenas? well thats pretty much what laser tag is.

Players are equipped with an Infra-Red emitter (tagger) and receiver (sensor) and the object is to tag your opponents sensor with your tagger, simple concept, tough gameplay.
