This is the web site of the descendants of James Black. Very little is known about James, except that he was the father of William Black, who was born circa 1853 in St. James, Jamaica, British West Indies. 

The purpose of this site is to help discover, preserve and celebrate the history of James Black and his descendants so that present and future generations may keep their ancestors in their hearts and minds and know where they come from.
